Net Easy seeks a System Administrator / Network Engineer

Net Easy seeks a System Administrator with networking experience to join our cutting-edge technical team. We're seeking a candidate with solid communication skills, ability to think outside of the box and pay attention to detail for excellent customer service and customer experience. The individual must be open to learning new technologies quickly. We prefer a vibrant person that enjoys their job, technical challenges and assisting people in using technology to their advantage.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Linux/Windows administration
  • Networking/routing skills with firewall experience (TCP/IP IPv4, IPv6 is plus,VLans)
  • Administration of services like Microsoft Active Directory, MS SQL Server, Apache, MySQL , PostGreSQL, WSU, VoIP,
  • Virtualization experience is a plus (Citrix, KVM, VM Ware).

 

Seeking experience in diverse systems management in Linux, Mac and Windows. Ability to work with Line and Windows networks with Mac integration.

System administration (Linux, Mac & Windows). Examples of administrative services are: DNS, Active Directory, IP Tables, Apache, MySQL, WSUS, VoIP/Asterisk, RSync, Citrix Xen, virtualization and more. Experience with TCP/IP, routing and firewalls. Data center skills in NOC. Provide client systems and application support (both remote and on-site support and administration). Scripting in multiple languages with preferences for Open Source languages like Python, PHP, Perl. Virtualization (server & client) - VMWare ESX, Citrix Xen . Client consulting, system architecture and design at times.

Qualifications:

  • Linux & Windows Administration experience with TCP/IP experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Ability and motivation to learn new skills quickly and grow professionally.
  • Team oriented player that can work independently.
